Terms and Conditions
Service Agreement
By booking with Crenshaw Janitorial, you authorize our team to enter and perform cleaning services at the agreed location(s), on the scheduled date(s) and time(s). All services are performed according to the specifications outlined in your service estimate or contract.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling must be coordinated with our office directly.
Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning crew has access to your property at the agreed time.
No Access Fee: If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival or within 15 minutes of arrival time due to locked doors, no one available, alarm not disarmed, etc.
No Access Fee of $50 will be charged to compensate for lost time and travel.
Safety and Limitations
Our team will not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
For insurance purposes, we do not clean areas with insect or rodent infestations.
Any unsafe work environment will result in services being paused or refused.
Privacy
Client information is kept confidential and is only used to provide services and communicate updates.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit, bank transfer, and zelle.
A late fee of 5% of invoice total will be applied to invoices unpaid by their due date.
Damages and Liability
While we treat your property with care, Crenshaw Janitorial is not liable for pre-existing damages. If accidental damage occurs during service, please notify us within 24 hours for review and resolution.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
